Here I am, trying to use the pen more...and just to show off a bit: Today, September 28th, 2010 marks the one year anniversary since my last cigarette! Went by pretty fast!

Hi Joe! yeah the hardest part for me was initiating the last cigarette...I kept telling myself I'd quit, but I would keep pushing it off...I did it random cold turkey and it worked! Good luck, man!
